Hey, There!

I’m Nicole — a woman of faith, a humble leader, and creative who believes in the power of connection, and calling.

Born and raised in sunny San Diego, I’m a beach girl at heart. But in 2022, everything changed. After the unexpected loss of my father, I packed up my car for the first time in my life and followed a nagging prompting to Denver, Colorado seeking not just change, but deeper purpose, new community, and a fresh sense of adventure.

I live by two commandments: love God and love others. It’s that simple.

For over a decade, I’ve worked in creative operations, partnering with executives, creatives, and visionaries to bring bold ideas to life. But where I truly come alive is helping individuals and teams step into alignment: mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. I believe that when people feel seen, supported, and anchored in their values, they don’t just perform better; they thrive.

Currently, I lead creative operations at Original Form, a boutique digital agency based in San Diego. I also design digital wall art inspired by my walk with God. I enjoy writing thought leadership articles on my blog & coach leaders in the creative space on the side. Lastly, I serve on the board of Neighbors Denver, a local ministry committed to providing our homeless community with spiritual and physical needs.

Values

Trust

Trust is built through consistency, humility, and follow-through. I value people who show up, speak truth, and make it easy to rely on them.

Alignment

I believe in inner and outer alignment, where beliefs, words, and actions flow together with integrity and are rooted in mutual respect.

Reciprocity

True connection thrives when care flows both ways. I honor mutual investment, where energy, time, and love are given freely and genuinely.

Integrity

Integrity means living in alignment with your values, not just talking about them. I pursue wholeness and faithfulness in all things.

Authenticity

Authenticity is freedom. I value spaces where people can be fully themselves; unmasked, unedited, and embraced as they are.

Legacy

I aim to leave behind more than success—I build with eternity in mind, shaping people, systems, and work that reflect God and make an impact on generations to come.
