Coaching
The next step of faith is always the hardest. What’s yours?
Approach
I believe we all need someone in our corner to highlight our blindspots, encourage us forward, and support us through life’s challenges. Leading others successfully, first starts by leading yourself well. My approach to coaching is to provide a safe space for discovery & exploration in order to unpack what’s actually holding you back. I start by inviting you into a relationship before mutually agreeing if a lifelong covenant is appropriate.
-
We begin by having a simple conversation. Modeled from the way Jesus invited his disciples to “follow him”. He invited them into a relationship with him, slowly building trust over time before entering into a covenant. In this step, we uncover if a mutual relationship is something we both want to explore together.
-
Through intentional conversation and powerful questions, we create clarity around what matters most to you. As Jesus modeled with his disciples, he often held space for them to ask questions and reflect back their own wisdom in order explore new ways of thinking and being.
-
Together, we pause to reflect on what’s working, what’s misaligned, and what needs to shift. During our relationship with Jesus, we often take moments of pause to assess how the relationship is evolving, and what needs to change. This stage grounds the process, helping you move forward with clarity and confidence.
-
Growth happens in the small, consistent steps you take with courage. Jesus was the ultimate model of courage and someone we can learn from. With insight and alignment, you’ll begin to take meaningful action, integrating what you’ve learned into how you live, lead, and love.
