Proverbs 27:27 says “just as iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another”. In today’s corporate, remote world— leaders, entrepreneurs & business owners are struggling to find mentors and feel supported / inspired as they grow in their roles and scale their businesses.
So I asked myself, how can we authentically connect & grow professionally, together? That’s what led me to create Iron Impact, a monthly moment for us to look back, look forward, learn from each other and take action.
