Proverbs 27:27 says “just as iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another”. In today’s world— up and coming kingdom leaders are struggling to find mentors and coaches to walk alongside them as they are presented with opportunities to take on more responsibility or step into leadership roles. So I asked myself, how can we authentically connect, grow, and develop the next generation of young kingdom leaders? The answer was simple; to learn from peers and mentors who have already walked in our shoes. That’s what led me to create Iron Impact, a monthly moment for us to look back, look in, and look forward so we can take the next step of faith on our leadership journey, making it feel less daunting and more fun!
