You will need a free version of ClickUp downloaded to your desktop device in order to utilize the template in this course. If you have a different PM platform, there is also a google doc version that you can manually create yourself.

The course can be completed in less than 2 hours if watched the whole way through straight, however I recommend taking your time and pacing yourself. Growth is a journey, not a rush.

No! The first portion of this course is dedicated to your spiritual formation (ie, how to become the person God is calling you to be as you step into leadership) and the second part is the tactical & practical steps that you can take to create a solid operational foundation for any business.

Hey! It’s Nicole. I’m an Operations Director, and Leadership Coach based in Denver, CO. For the past ten years I have been leading strategic & creative initiatives for some of the largest companies in the world, and for the last three years I’ve been working alongside incredibly talented founders & CEO’s to help them establish a vision for their business along with driving the operational excellence that’s required to see that business scale sustainably & effectively.
I decided to take my decade of knowledge and create a course for soon to be kingdom leaders who are excited about taking their entrepreneurship to the next level but don’t exactly feel like they have the confidence or the right processes in order to do so. My biggest piece of wisdom to those who feel called to entrepreneurship, is that before God calls you to build something for his kingdom, he calls you to become a leader worth following, first.
