My Approach
Whether you are a startup or have been in business for 35 years, successful digital production starts with a strong foundation and a love for human connection. In order to build strong teams who are passionate about what they do and support the company vision, we must first prepare our teams to lead with purpose. We cannot implement systems or processes that encourage company growth, until we align on the collective goal.

This phase consists of conducting 1:1 sessions with the key stakeholders in your business where we will discuss the brand vision, mission, company challenges, pain points, and successes. I will conduct team audits company wide to measure and set business KPI’s for each department. Once business & people management goals have been defined and aligned upon, it’s time to start project planning

No matter what your marketing initiatives are as a brand or business, you must have the right processes and systems in place before executing your vision. In this phase, I will work to plan and prepare the scope of work, build timelines to get us there, and assign / delegate tasks to team members accordingly.

Once the team is up and running, it’s time to execute. A project plan is only a plan unless we take steps towards progress every day. My goal as a Digital Producer is to make sure timelines are being followed and the vision is being supported along the way.
